U.S. Government responds to FedEx lawsuit, contests claim for $89M refund

On Nov. 2, FedEx filed a lawsuit against the U.S. Government, wanting an $89 million refund for alleged overpaid taxes and a tax law invalidated. Now, the government has responded.
